Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your artificial plant, tree, planter, and any included components after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, has a defective component, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us promptly.

A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the item and affected parts
Photographs of the packaging where relevant

Refunds
